Chameleon McLaren P1 belonging to Los Angeles Angels pitcher CJ Wilson

Yesterday we got the opportunity to photograph this Chameleon McLaren P1 belonging to Los Angeles Angels pitcher CJ Wilson. The McLaren P1 is extremely rare with only 375 units and a hefty price tag of $1.6 million. CJ Wilson’s ride is especially unique because of the Chameleon colored paint job that changes colors depending on the angle and how light hits it. The gold wheels and orange brake calipers really compliment the paint job well. Painting such a rare car Chameleon Blue/Purple takes a lot of guts but this thing really turned out awesome. CJ’s P1 has got to be one of the craziest cars on the planet and it really stands apart from the rest of the P1s in Orange County. You really have to see this car in person to see how amazing it is. CJ just picked up this Chameleon McLaren P1 a week ago so if you’re around the Orange County area chances are you’ll see it cruising around...

Monterey Car Week 2014 Pictures

It’s been about a month now and I’ve finally got around to editing some of my Monterey Car Week 2014 Pictures. This was my first time attending Monterey Car Week and it definitely won’t be the last… this is a car show that you really need to see to believe. There are so many amazing cars all over the place that it can almost get overwhelming. Seeing regular Ferraris and Lamborghinis were like seeing Honda Civics and there were so many of them that after a while you almost get sick of them. The trip from Orange County to Monterey took roughly about 5 hours and as soon as we got there we headed straight to The Quail show in Carmel Valley. Just walking through the parking lot was a show in its own, we hadn’t even been there for 20 minutes and had already seen 4 Bugatti Veyrons… and this was just in the parking lot! The Quail Once we got into The Quail there were so many cars that caught my eye that I didn’t know what to check out first. Right at the entrance there were 6 Bugatti Veyron Legends Editions, but what really grabbed my attention was the Blue Maserati MC12 Corsa. This car is intended for track use only and there were only 12 of them in the world that were sold to selected customers. After drooling over the MC12 Corsa I headed over to the Pagani section which consisted of 4 Pagani Huayras and a Pagani Zonda F belonging to the creator himself Horacio. Once I was done taking pictures of the Paganis I walked a little further and noticed a group or red cars so I decided to check them out. It turned out to be a group of Ferraris… but not just any Ferraris, it was a 288 GTO, 288 GTO Evoluzione (1 of 5), F40, F50, and Enzo all belonging to the same owner! Towards the end of the show the owner of the Maserati MC12 Corsa started it up and parked it in an area to let us take pictures. Seeing this thing away from all of the other cars was the quite the experience and I made sure to snap away. Downtown Carmel Valley After The Quail show we got some food then headed to Downtown Carmel Valley to check out the rides on Ocean Avenue. I didn’t know what to expect but I immediately found out that the nightlife in Carmel during Car Week is absolutely insane! Some of the crazier cars we saw were Bugatti Veyrons, Porsche Carrera GT, Gemballa Mirage GT, McLaren P1, McLaren F1 HDK, and 2 Hennessey Venom GTs. While we were taking photos of the white Venom GT the founder of Hennessey Performance (John Hennessey) came over and introduced himself. It was so awesome to talk to John and he was such...
